Loan notices

Loans

Loan collection notices can include dates that affect whether collection starts while a hearing is pending. This section begins with federal student loan wage garnishment. It shows how to verify the sender, find the loan in your official account, and calendar the deadline printed on the notice. The right contact depends on who holds the loan. Federal Student Aid, the Default Resolution Group, a guaranty agency, or another official servicer may handle it. These guides do not offer tricks to erase default or stop garnishment forever.
